Fees for mediations are set for half-day (four hours) and full-day (eight hours) sessions, with hourly rates in effect for excess time. For details, see Kathleen Wareham’s current mediation fee schedule and the WAMS fee policies, including cancellation and prepayment requirements.
Fees for facilitated meetings are hourly and must be paid prior the meetings. There is no administrative intake fee charged at this time. The current rate is $395 per hour. Upon request, fee estimates can be provided as part of the intake process. |
